As a Forward Deployed Software Engineering Director, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Overseeing the design, coding, and testing of applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Managing client engagements and fostering relationships to maximize satisfaction and business growth
- Mentoring and guiding teams in software engineering practices, promoting creativity and problem-solving
- Utilizing technical proficiency in API management, application development, and software design to deliver high-impact solutions
- Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures within the software engineering domain
- Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Confirming adherence to professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
