Skills Required
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth companies as a core part of the hiring process
- Proven ability to source, headhunt, and engage passive technical talent
- Experience designing and implementing hiring processes, systems, and workflows
- Practical experience building or using AI tools to improve personal effectiveness
- Strong judgment to make hiring decisions end-to-end
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments and solving complex problems rapidly
- High emotional intelligence, agency, and curiosity
- Clear, patient, data-informed communication skills
- Ability to deploy technology and generate hiring-health data and insights
