A hacker coded engineer who can code like hell but also understands what makes businesses tick.

You'll work directly with the founders, implementing AI agents across the services lifecycle that own specific operational metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes. This isn't about writing code in isolation – it's about building systems that hit SLAs and move the needle on metrics that customers actually care about.

• Build stuff that solves real problems, using whatever tech gets the job done best.

• Work directly with customers to build solutions that solve their business problems.

• Get your hands dirty with everything from front-end, back-end, to data pipelines and AI models

• Make smart trade-offs between beautiful code and shipping fast (hint: we bias toward shipping)

• Have the freedom to explore rabbit holes that might lead to our next big breakthrough

• Help build our team by finding other smart people like you .

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience

• Strong coding skills with proficiency in multiple languages - it doesn’t matter which

• Appreciation for how businesses make money using technology as a lever.

• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in ambiguous environments

• You're a polygot engineer who loves to create working solutions, not just write code

• You're excited about building systems where AI owns concrete business outcomes

• You want to take state of the art research into reliable production software

• You're interested in the business side of technology, not just the technical aspects
