About the Role
As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer at OpenLoop, you’ll work directly with partners and internal teams to design, build, and deploy technical solutions that bring our telehealth platform to life. You’ll use your full-stack skills to develop custom features, integrate systems, and adapt our product to meet real-world clinical and operational needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead and implement custom partner integrations and automation workflows
- Prototype new solutions across data flow, APIs, and event-driven infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and stabilize high-impact production issues
- Collaborate with product/engineering to productionize successful field solutions
- Experiment with moonshot ideas that unlock new clinical or operational efficiencies
