About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the technical owner for customer rollouts of a software platform, from solution design through integration, launch and ongoing support. The work combines software development with frequent direct contact with customer stakeholders. You will also pass along observations from the field to the product engineering group.
What you'll do
- Translate customer business processes into working automated workflows, and build, test, release and verify any new capabilities customers need.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party business systems and APIs, going deep on the ones you own.
- Lead the technical side of customer onboarding, including connectivity, permissions, data import, field mapping, workflow setup, testing and go-live.
- Own deployments in production, diagnosing support issues to root cause rather than applying workarounds.
- Build monitoring and alerting that surfaces problems before customers notice them.
- Gather evidence across customer accounts about product gaps and present clear cases to the product engineering team.
