About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work as a hands-on engineer who embeds with customer teams to understand how they operate, then builds and launches integrations on a core platform. Time is split between writing production code and guiding technical discussions with customer stakeholders, carrying each deployment from discovery through go-live.
What you'll do
- Spend time on-site with customer teams to map out their workflows, systems, handoffs and exceptions, then recommend what to build first.
- Ship production integrations, including language-model extraction tuned to customer documents, email intake, and data delivery into enterprise systems.
- Translate customer business rules into automated agent logic inside the core platform.
- Guide pilots through go-live and stabilization, and train customer users.
- Use what each rollout teaches to shape the roadmap and create internal tools that shorten future rollouts.
- Host recurring progress calls with customers and keep multi-week deployment schedules on track.
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks, including ground truth datasets and accuracy and recall metrics, to inform release decisions.
- Contribute to backend and product development across the platform when integration workload is lighter.
