Gowan Milling Blytheville is looking for a Formulator Trainee.
Responsibilities
- Formulator trainee will be place in designated area of training.
- Production unit
- Formulator trainee will be trained:
- By a supervisor
- Shadowing an experienced Formulator or Operator.
Job Requirements/Classifications
- Regularly required to remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasionally required to move around plant site.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 5-50 lbs.
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, squatting pulling, and pushing.
- Certified to operate a forklift.
- Confined space entry.
- Knowledge of all EHS and Quality policies. Have the ability to train other personnel.
- Capable of following written and verbal instruction in English.
- Capable of using tools and training others in their use.
- Possess a working knowledge of math and communication skills as it pertains to assigned task.
