Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to engage in all technical aspects of FMS case execution for multiple partner nations, including requirements development, acquisition support, interaction with vendor and technical review of products, and support for device installation, integration, and sustainment.
What You'll Be Doing:

Provide recommendations for FMS acquisition based on requirements provided by or solicited from the Partner Nation

Coordinate with MDA International Affairs Directorate on case development and execution matters.

Support development of acquisition documentation (technical input to SOW and CDRLs for vendor contract)

Provide problem resolution, prepare program status briefings for US and Partner Nation stakeholders, develop foreign visit requests

Manage integration of activities across program stakeholders and serves as technical authority for total package fielding approach for the FMS CDS solution
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Master's degree and 12+ years experience or Bachelor's degree and 20+ years experience

Active Secret clearance

Working knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case execution
-
Working knowledge of requirements support to DOD contracting process

Working knowledge of Cross Domain Solution (CDS) components
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Familiarity with information exchange formats such as Link-16, USMTF, ASTERIX, and AMHS

Familiarity with DOD (combatant commands, services, and program offices) data sharing policies

Familiarity with network architectures

Familiarity with other US FMS air and missile defense programs

Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $182,400.00
