Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts.
- Instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache.
- Coordinates with the Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) in response to a foreign entity or Combatant Commands (COCOM) request.
- Provide support for foreign visits request to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to platform, tracking all assets in Repair and Return (R&R), monitor all reports for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Windows and report back to customer, attend and brief the customer on the Sustainment cases during meeting and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
- Respond to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding.
- Ensure obligation plans are documented properly.
- Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans.
- Draft memorandums of request for Action Items. Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary within the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
- Assist in preparing updates for Case Management Application (CMA) reports.
- Prepare material for Country briefings, reports, and memorandums. Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at PMRs and other meetings.

Skills Required
- Secret Security Clearance
- Experience managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts
- Familiarity with Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and Case Management Application (CMA)
- Experience reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs), Letters of Request (LORs), and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs)
- Ability to coordinate with Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry partners, and Combatant Commands
- Experience tracking Repair and Return (R&R) assets and monitoring Performance Based Logistics (PBL) reporting
- Experience preparing country briefings, reports, memorandums, and taking meeting minutes
- Knowledge of FMS/FMF funding processes and obligation plan documentation
