We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Foreign Accounting Executive to join a growing accounting team handling financial operations for international clients across Canada, USA, and India. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage reports, reconciliations, compliance, and day-to-day accounting activities efficiently.
- Manage accounting records, reconciliations, and financial entries
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and Excel-based reports
- Handle invoicing, cash flow tracking, and ledger management
- Ensure GST, taxation, and financial compliance
- Support payroll, audits, and reporting activities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks accurately and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of Foreign Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting)
- Hands-on experience with Tally and accounting software
- Understanding of GST, Taxation, and Compliance
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination abilities
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum 1.5 years of foreign accounting experience mandatory
- Experience handling international accounting processes preferred for Canada, USA, or India
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
