Senior Accounts Executive

We are hiring a Foreign Accounting Executive for a professional accounting team handling international financial operations across Canada, USA, and India. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial records, compliance, reporting, and coordination activities efficiently.

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions
  
• Monitor cash flow and manage invoice-related finances
  
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
  
• Ensure compliance with GST, taxation, and statutory regulations across Canada, USA, and India
  
• Coordinate with tax professionals and support tax planning activities
  
• Prepare financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
  
• Handle payroll processing and compliance
  
• Maintain internal controls and support financial audits
  
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports
  
• Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal teams
  
• Ensure accuracy, productivity, and timely completion of tasks
  
• Handle day-to-day accounting and operational activities efficiently
  

• Good knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
  
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and accounting software
  
• Understanding of GST, Taxation, and Financial Compliance
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  
• Good numerical accuracy and data management abilities
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• Minimum 2.5 years of accounting experience
  
• Experience in foreign accounting or multi-country accounting processes preferred
