Your Role:
The Front Office Operations Analyst will provide dedicated support across one or more of FOO’s core practices: (1) Investment Platform Management, (2) Portfolio and Cash Monitoring, (3) Trade Implementation, (4) Client and Product Lifecycle, and (5) Regulatory and Policy Implementation.
Responsible For:
Practice Execution: Deliver high-quality operational support across FOO’s five core pillars: Investment Platform Management, Portfolio/Cash Monitoring, Trade Implementation, Client/Product Lifecycle, and Regulatory/Policy Implementation.
Trade and Transaction Management: Execute precise trade entry and transaction processes as directed by the investment teams.
Strategic Communication: Partner with Portfolio Managers, Trading, Technology, and Client Services to resolve complex issues and drive automation projects across the Investment and Trade Lifecycle.
Global Reporting and Analysis: Produce, validate, and analyze critical datasets to provide actionable insights for Front Office teams.
Data Integrity and Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve discrepancies at the transaction, position, and security levels within applications to ensure truth in the records.
Business Intelligence and Visualization: Design and develop sophisticated reports, presentations, and data models to support the evolving needs of the Trading and Investment Teams.
The experience you bring:
• A college degree in Finance or Economics is preferred
• Solid understanding of various asset classes (Fixed-Income, Equity)
• Knowledge of investment business, buy-side processes, and investment products
• Experience in front office applications is preferred (Aladdin, CRD, Bloomberg)
• Aptitude for rapid adaptation to new systems/software

The salary range for this position in Seattle, Washington is $65,000 - $75,000. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
