Job Title: Front of House (FOH) Restaurant Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House (FOH) Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations in the dining area and ensure excellent guest experiences. The FOH Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high service standards, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house, including dining room and bar areas.
- Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house areas.
- Enforce restaurant policies and maintain high service standards.
- Handle administrative tasks, including inventory, ordering, and staff performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
