About the Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Content Lead to own how Flux brings partnerships to life.
This role sits at the intersection of content, partnerships and growth. You’ll manage our relationships with key partners - ensuring they feel supported, visible and integrated into the Flux ecosystem. Alongside this, you’ll build and nurture our relationship with financial advisers to educate, engage and grow this audience over time.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape how Flux collaborates, communicates and grows through partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
Turn partnerships into high-quality content and campaigns by writing and producing sponsored content across podcasts, newsletters, in-app and social
Create sponsored Academy courses that educate users while delivering value for partners
Build and optimise B2B email nurture sequences for advisers and partners
Manage LinkedIn content and regular EDMs, sharing Flux updates, product launches and content
Support the creation of pitch decks, webinars and partnership campaigns from idea through to execution
Manage and execute social content for sponsorship campaigns, ensuring it feels native to Flux
Identify and launch new commercial content opportunities (e.g. adviser webinars, content series, digital products) and refine based on performance
About You
You’ve worked in content, marketing, partnerships or a similar role (ideally with a commercial or B2B angle) for minimum 3-5 years.
You’re a strong writer and can adapt your tone across different audiences (consumer vs adviser)
You understand how content can drive real business outcomes, not just engagement
You’re confident on camera and comfortable being part of the content - whether that’s presenting, hosting webinars or representing Flux externally
You enjoy working with external partners and can build strong, professional relationships
You have a solid grasp of personal finance and/or the financial services industry
You’re proactive, ideas-driven and excited to build new things from scratch
