We are looking for a proactive and motivated Flutter Engineer. As a mid-level engineer, you will be responsible for building high-quality multi-platform applications while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with our U.S. based team, including designers, product owners and backend developers to deliver the best digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient Flutter applications
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain and implement best practices across projects.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively suggest solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest Flutter and Dart developments and tools.
- 3 years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Some experience with mobile application development in native iOS or Android (desired).
- Understanding of mobile architecture patterns and knowledge of Bloc.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and testing practices.
- Strong communication skills in both technical and client-facing settings.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative and share knowledge.
- A client-first attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- A team player who contributes to a collaborative and transparent culture.
- Eagerness to grow professionally within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Total Rewards
VGV wants all employees to be supported in their personal and professional development, so we take a comprehensive approach to compensation and benefits. The initial annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $91k-$126k. We benchmark every role based on location and against comparable companies to ensure competitiveness; however, actual compensation is highly dependent on numerous factors such as location, experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications and other job-related factors.
