Are you ready for two days on a real trading floor?
Join the Flow Quant Trading Days at our Amsterdam office on 7 & 8 December 2026 - a hands-on quant trading academy for a select group of 15 students. Find out whether trading is for you with an exciting look inside our Trading floor, and the chance to receive a full-time job offer as a Graduate Trader.
Over two days you'll price, arbitrage and hedge in live simulations, make markets under real time pressure, and go head-to-head with our traders in games built to test your instinct. You will have the opportunity to show your curiosity while shadowing the trading desks, watching news as it hits the market.

Do you have what it takes?
Are you graduating in 2026 or 2027 from a BSc/MSc STEM degree in the Netherlands, with a demonstrable interest in trading on your CV? Do you code - Python or otherwise - and enjoy reasoning with probabilities and brainteasers? Can you spot an opportunity, and are you assertive enough to seize it? We're looking for competitive, curious and entrepreneurial students.

Skills Required
- Graduating in 2026 or 2027
- Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc STEM degree in the Netherlands

- Programming experience, preferably Python
