Flow Master

Job Description:

We are looking for a Flow Master to support AI-driven software engineering teams working in a spec driven

development environment. The Flow Master is the evolution of the Scrum Master role for modern AI Build Teams. This person

must have strong Agile experience, be confident in running stand-ups, planning sessions,

reviews and retrospectives, and be an excellent facilitator who can help teams stay aligned,

focused and unblocked.

In AI-enabled teams, code, tests and documentation can be produced much faster than before.

However, delivery can still slow down when specifications are unclear, reviews are delayed, decisions

are not made, governance is not visible, or quality checks happen too late.

The Flow Master helps the team keep work moving with discipline, visibility, quality and control.

This is a servant leadership role. The Flow Master does not control the team or own the delivery. The

team owns the work, decisions and accountability. The Flow Master helps the team manage its flow,

remove friction, improve communication and continuously improve how value moves from idea to

release

Job Requirement:

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, Kanban or Lead or Agile Project Manager.

• Strong practical Agile experience, including running stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews and retrospectives.

• Experience in AI-assisted software delivery.

• Exposure to tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar.

• Experience in regulated environments such as banking, insurance, aviation, energy or enterprise software.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, Trello or similar workflow tools.

• STRONGLY recommended: Kanban certification

• Preferred: Scrum Master or Agile certification.

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience in IT, software delivery, Agile

• delivery, project management, business analysis, engineering or business management.

• Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing and software quality gates.

• Experience supporting small, high-output engineering teams.

• Strong facilitation skills across technical and business teams.

• Experience working with software development teams.

• Understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices and flow-based delivery.

• Practical understanding of Kanban, WIP, blockers, cycle time and continuous

• improvement.

• Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, QA, Architects and

• business stakeholders.

• Ability to work in fast-moving and changing delivery environments.

• Interest in AI-assisted software delivery and spec-driven development.
