About Float Management ("Float")

Float was formed by David Moradi in 2024 to pursue a novel investment strategy: buying corporate revolvers.  These are assets that are unloved by most investors, but we like them at the right price.  We aspire to be the leading investment firm in the revolver space, providing value to our investors, partners and employees.  We hope to build a firm that lasts for decades and establish a culture that prizes honesty, integrity, teamwork and innovation.

Float is the manager of Float Revolver Fund I, LP, which has long-term committed capital from multiple family offices and was established in partnership with Hazoor Partners, a registered investment advisor affiliated with a Texas-based family office. Learn more about the team and investment philosophy of Hazoor at hazoorpartners.com.

  • Contribute positively toward building a resilient culture of mutual respect and peak performance.
  • Conduct ongoing research and cultivate subject matter expertise of current macroeconomic factors, market fluctuations, legislative changes, and regulatory requirements that impact the credit investment landscape.
  • Prepare quarterly investment performance analysis and daily risk management dashboards.
  • Support the CIO on ad hoc projects.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, business, or another highly analytical and quantitative field; an MBA degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing credit investment opportunities, including experience with leveraged loans
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a small, entrepreneurial environment
