We are expanding our operations and seeking a Location Director to oversee and drive success at our Smithfield, NC location.
Job SummaryThe Location Director will be responsible for the overall operation, performance, and profitability of the assigned location. This role ensures compliance with company policies, enhances customer experience, and drives business growth while maintaining a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong management experience in aviation, education, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and adherence to FAA regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and manage expenses.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive student and staff experience.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align location goals with overall company strategy.
- Address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Represent Blue Line Aviation in the local community and build strong industry relationships.

Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in aviation or education.
- Certified Flight Instructor with at least 2 years of flight instruction experience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, aviation management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations management
