Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Flight Line Shipside Analysts (Level 2/3/4) to support the 787 Program Delivery Center Operations Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on a Variable Shift!
This position will provide critical production support to the Delivery Center including improving production efficiency, safety and optimizing product quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization.
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results.
  • Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues.
  • Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues.
  • Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates.
  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • Ability to work any shift, overtime, holidays and weekends
  • 1+ years' experience with operations analysis or research.
  • 1+ years' experience with root cause corrective analysis.
  • 1+ years' experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience
  • 5+ years Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a supportive LSCC role
  • 1+ years of experience flight line operations.
  • 1+ year of experience working with customers
  • Proficient in using CMES software.
  • Proficient in REDARS, PSDS, and BAC specifications

Shift:
This position is for variable shift. Variable shift means you will be placed on a shift at the time of hire based on business needs at that time. You will remain on that shift until re-evaluation is need.

Summary pay range (Associate - Level 2): $68,850 - 93,150
Summary pay range (Mid level - Level 3): $81,600 - 110,400
Summary pay range (Experienced - Level 4): $99,450 - 134,550
