Individual Retirement Solutions Product Manager
The Individual Retirement Solutions Product Manager role is responsible for managing aspects of the product strategy and the end-to-end product lifecycle. This job reviews and assesses market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinates with partners across the enterprise to deliver product strategy and ensure accurate and cohesive operations, promotion, and distribution of the product.
- Conducts research on product trends and positioning strategies, analyzes consumer behavior and develops insights on market conditions to inform the product strategy.
- Produces reports on profitability and performance and fosters discussions around business expectations, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Monitors various metrics and market dynamics and measures product performance against business expectations.
- Coordinates strategic processes for the product and ensures partnership alignment on decisions related to the product lifecycle.
- Partners with legal, risk and compliance teams to fully identify, understand, establish controls, test and mitigate potential risks to ensure products adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies.
- Acts as product subject matter expert on features and services.

Base Pay Range: $87,000/yr. - $121,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
