About the Job

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports/dashboard

• Monthly headcount reconciliation reviews

• Communicate dashboard and links to client groups

• Prepare ad-hoc reporting,

• Provide support with logistics, agenda content design, follow-ups, etc. for leadership team meetings, Town Halls, etc.

• Operationalize Talent Planning Functional Forums (quarterly)

• L&D Project Support (i.e. Stand Out, L4P Programs)

• Performance Management

• Responsible for planning programs including timelines, comm plans, project management to ensure on time delivery.

• Responsible for creation and management of annual calendar of events/projects

• Link to COEs and HR for HR to align projects and deliverables

• Affiliate specific projects (i.e. ATS Launch, Benefits Roll out, Wealth launch among others)
   

About You:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program

• Expected Graduation date Spring 2026

• Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization (citizen or permanent resident)

• Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge
