 Join our team and be a part of empowering the individuals we serve!  Monday-Friday 8a-4p 

SUMMARY: Provide ongoing management, administrative oversight, and billing support for individuals enrolled in the self-direction program. Assist individual in hiring, training, and managing staff and provide training to individual on employer responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Be knowledgeable and understand federal and state regulations and agency policies and procedures to include OPWDD and Self Direction. Apply, communicate, and ensure the regulations are followed as directed.
  • Supports individual with all administrative functions related to receiving self-directed services including payroll and HR processes, as well as other staffing supports such as training and staff management.
  • Monitors plan and budget, tracks resources to ensure appropriate implementation.
  • Responsible for documentation review and service billing to ensure accuracy of completion and submission according to requirements.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  HS diploma/GED required. Previous experience providing documentation quality and compliance review, record keeping and administrative support highly desirable. Completion of the OPWDD FI Training series; required by end of the first month after hire. Associate’s degree preferred.

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or GED
