First Vision Consultant

Synechron is seeking a motivated and experienced First Vision Consultant to join our consulting team. This role is critical in delivering high-quality technical solutions to our clients, fostering strong client relationships, and driving the continuous improvement of our consulting service offerings. As a First Vision Consultant, you will provide technical leadership, manage project teams, and mentor junior consultants, contributing significantly to Synechron's strategic objectives and success.

• Required:

  • Proficiency in software development and system integration tools
  • Strong understanding of project management software and methodologies

• Preferred:

  • Familiarity with specific industry-standard software tools related to consulting

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the consulting team to deliver high-quality solutions
• Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding business needs and providing optimal solutions
• Create project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets effectively
• Continuously improve consulting service offerings, methodologies, and delivery processes
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to foster skill development and professional growth

• Programming Languages:

  • Essential: Proficiency in any programming language relevant to software development
  • Preferred: Experience with additional programming languages

• Development Tools and Methodologies:

  • Essential: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project delivery methodologies

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting or a related field
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project delivery methodologies
• Experience working with clients across various industries and understanding their specific needs

• Lead technical discussions with clients to understand requirements and develop solutions
• Manage project teams and allocate resources to ensure project success
• Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality solutions to clients
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to support their professional growth
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements

• Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered

• Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in project management, software development, or technical consulting are preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
