As a Vice President within the Firmwide Control Program, you will promote the day-to-day execution and operational delivery of the Firmwide Control Program, supporting the design and implementation of a capability that enables a holistic, timely, and accurate view of operational risks across the firm.

In this role, you will translate the target state vision into structured execution, ensuring consistent implementation, disciplined governance, and high-quality delivery across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions. You will operate as the execution lead for the program, driving progress against defined priorities, managing dependencies, and ensuring transparency on outcomes, risks, and performance. Success requires strong program management discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 


 Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of program priorities, translating strategy and target state design into actionable plans, requirements, and deliverables; ensure delivery against defined milestones, outcomes, and success measures aligned to program objectives.

  • Establish and run structured program governance, including forums, reporting routines, decision tracking, and documentation, to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective execution across all workstreams.

  • Drive disciplined operating cadence, ensuring meetings, actions, and decisions are clearly defined, tracked, and executed with consistency and rigor.

  • Coordinate across 1LOD, 2LOD, Audit, Product, and PMO partners to ensure alignment, manage interdependencies, and enable consistent implementation across LOBs and Corporate Functions.

  • Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes; support development of executive materials and ensure consistent messaging across the program.

  • Monitor progress against OKRs/KRIs, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate early and drive resolution to maintain delivery timelines and quality.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and execution efficiency; remove blockers and streamline delivery to enhance program outcomes and scalability.

  • Uphold strong risk and control standards, escalating concerns with supporting evidence and reinforcing accountability aligned to firm expectations.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 7+ years of financial services experience in program delivery, control management, risk management, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex, cross-functional programs with strong organization, prioritization, and delivery tracking discipline.

  • Experience managing program governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple teams.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and ability to create clear, concise executive materials.

  • Program execution and delivery discipline: Strong ability to manage plans, track progress, and drive outcomes with consistency and rigor.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: Clear, concise communicator who provides transparency into progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Coordination and collaboration: Effectively works across teams to manage dependencies and align execution.
  • Adaptability and execution focus: Operates effectively in ambiguity, managing competing priorities to deliver results.
