Position Summary: Understand the basic principles of Firearm Assembly and to be able to learn new aspects of the proprietary design of our products and to do so with production in mind.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle and use common hand tools (hammers, punches, screwdriver, torque wrenches, etc.)
- Able to use power tools safely. • Ability to assemble small parts.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot and problem solve any issues with product.
- Able to follow instructions verbally, written or shown.
- Able to do basic math and read measurements via tape measure, calipers, or micrometers.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to multi-task and work alone.
