Fintech Product Design Director

• Lead the product design strategy for fintech products, ensuring a user-centered approach at every stage of the design process.
• Oversee the research, ideation, prototyping, and testing of product designs.
• Mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
• Establish, maintain, and communicate design guidelines, best practices, and design systems.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather and analyze feedback, making data-driven design decisions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and product design.
• Present design concepts and strategies to key stakeholders and gather constructive feedback.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on fintech products preferred.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring product design teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and examples of successful product designs.
• Expertise in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools.
• Excellent understanding of usability principles, user experience, and interaction design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
