Currently, we are looking for a FinOps Architect for our team in Finland.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Leading solutions for complex client challenges utilizing your deep knowledge in one of our following business areas: MS Azure or DevOps or Managed Services
- Writing crisp proposals, which explain the value Nordcloud offers in clear language
- Giving inspiring pitches in front of clients and actively listening to their wants and needs
- Working with our product and practice leaders to identify the right tailoring and extension of their content for market success
- Proactively supporting our offering and product leaders in setting roadmap priorities
- Advise on cloud strategy, architecture, and technology choices
- Conduct cloud readiness assessments and identify migration risks
- Recommend solutions for optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Support the Program Manager and project teams with technical expertise
Your key skills:
- Expertise in an IT architect role and solutions
- Experience in contributing to complex proposals and presenting to clients, from the early stages to closing
- Hands-on, cloud-focused experience in Managed Cloud Applications and Capacity
- Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration and implementation
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance
- Excellent communication and consulting skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- The successful candidate is expected to go through a security clearance
