YOUR POSITION:


FINNISH SPEAKING TEAM LEAD

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated person, with excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English (written and spoken). Your everyday work will include communication with customers and leading the team with all tasks related to customer care. You will be part of Finnish-speaking team, where you will take on an all-rounded role, handling a variety of different tasks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service as per the set customer service standards (including answering clients’ calls, advising customers, solving related issues, introducing new products and services, etc);
  • Loan administration (including performing identification and credit checks, reviewing loan applications, making lending decisions, contacting debtors, sending reminders to debtors, etc);
  • Communication and co-operation with internal and external partners;
  • Ensuring sufficient levels of staffing to provide excellent customer service at all times
  • (including preparing monthly work schedules according to Country Lead ́s instructions and ensuring that business hours are covered);
  • Managing the team‘s work organization, scheduling, and monitoring the activities via the set KPIs;
  • Be prepared to train new Finnish team specialists
  • Supervising, training, and assisting the team in their daily work, also being their first point of contact in everyday operational matters;
  • Supporting the Country Lead ́s duties during Country Lead ́s absence (i.e. days off, sick leave or unavailable for any other reason);
  • Keeping Country Lead updated on team and business-related matters in a timely manner;
  • Adhere to debt collection guidelines and processes as the responsibility is related to customer care and debt collection work coordination;
  • Any other tasks and assignments relevant to the role as instructed by the Employer.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken alike)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven and ready to work in a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the field of consumer credit
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Finnish market
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven successful track record of team management and co-operation with a variety of stakeholders
