ARC Business Solutions is seeking an experienced FINEOS Senior Consultant to support and lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of FINEOS core insurance solutions for Life, Accident & Health (L&A/H) insurers. This role requires a strong blend of functional insurance knowledge, hands-on FINEOS experience, and consulting leadership to guide clients through complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
ROLE:  FINEOS Consultant
The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas: 
MANDATORY:
 
  • 7+ years of experience in insurance technology consulting or enterprise systems delivery.
  • 3+ years of hands-on FINEOS experience in one or more modules (Claims, Policy, Billing, Absence).
  • Strong domain knowledge of Life, Disability, Health, and/or Group Benefits insurance.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
  • Experience working on large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with large group benefits carriers.
  • Background in Business Analysis (BA), Quality Assurance (QA), or test automation on FINEOS programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Exposure to data analytics, reporting, or regulatory compliance within insurance environments.
  • Prior consulting or systems integrator experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Lead and support end-to-end FINEOS implementations, enhancements, and upgrades across Claims, Policy Administration, Billing, and Absence Management modules.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for FINEOS functionality, business rules, workflows, and configuration.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into effective FINEOS solutions.
  • Provide solution design guidance, configuration oversight, and best-practice recommendations aligned with business and regulatory needs.
  • Support data migration, integration, and system interfaces with downstream and upstream platforms (e.g., HR, payroll, CRM, data warehouses).
  • Partner closely with QA teams to define test strategies, support defect triage, and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge transfer, documentation, and capability development.
  • Engage with project managers and client leadership to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
