About the role:
CLA is seeking a Financial Systems Associate. This role provides day-to-day support of Workday financial management platforms. This role is a technical resource to all of Finance and firm wide functional departments.
As a Financial Systems Associate you will be responsible for:
- Provide technical and functional expertise in supporting Workday financial features, including accounts payable/receivable management, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
- Conduct needs assessments with internal customers on report requirements; write or modify basic custom reports based on user requirements.
- Resolve escalated user issues and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Participate in the review, design, development, testing, training and deployment of new functionality, including biannual releases.
- Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of financial data to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate effectively throughout the organization utilizing strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism as it pertains to all job responsibilities
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Accounting, Finance, or related degrees are preferred.
- 1 year of accounting, finance, ERP, or related experience required.
- Workday experience is preferred.
The wage range for this position in Illinois is: $62,000– $104,000
The wage range for this position in Minnesota is: $60,000 – $100,000
Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
