KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), is a leading travel search engine. With billions of queries across our platforms, we help people find their perfect flight, stay, rental car and vacation package. We're also transforming business travel with a new corporate travel solution, KAYAK for Business.
As an employee of KAYAK, you will be part of a travel company that operates a portfolio of global metasearch brands including Momondo, Cheapflights and HotelsCombined, among others. From start-up to industry leader, innovation is in our DNA and every employee has an opportunity to make their mark. Our focus is on building the best travel search engine to make it easier for everyone to experience the world.
KAYAK is looking for a NetSuite / Salesforce / FloQast Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications team within Finance. You'll be the day-to-day owner of configuration, user administration, and integration health across our core finance and revenue systems — the person who actually knows why a saved search broke, why a workflow stalled, or why a sync between NetSuite and Salesforce didn't fire. This role rewards curiosity and precision: you don't need to arrive as a NetSuite expert, but you do need to want to become one, and you need to be the kind of person who double-checks a config change before it touches production. You'll work closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales Ops, and Engineering, and partner with senior systems analysts and architects on the bigger roadmap items — but the daily craft of keeping these systems accurate, well-documented, and running smoothly is yours.
This role will be required to work from our Concord, MA or Cambridge, MA office at least 3 days per week.
In this role, you will:Administer day-to-day configuration of NetSuite, Salesforce, FloQast and Blackline: user setup/deactivation, roles and permissions, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics workbooks/dashboards, Salesforce flows and validation rules, troubleshooting issues within Salesforce.
Serve as backup administrator for Expensify, supporting user provisioning, system configuration, synchronization issues, and end-user troubleshooting
Build and maintain NetSuite SuiteFlow workflows and troubleshoot existing SuiteScript customizations — you don't need to write scripts from scratch on day one, but you should be comfortable reading one, tracing what it does, and knowing when to escalate to a developer.
Triage and resolve support tickets from Finance and general employees related to expense reports, financial records, and account access, digging into root cause rather than just closing the ticket.
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce — including iPaaS/middleware tools and direct API/SFTP data feeds — escalating to engineering when needed.
Support month-end and quarter-end close by ensuring system data accuracy, running reports, and resolving reconciliation discrepancies.
Support the month-end close by managing file-based data transfers to the external reporting platform, validating successful loads, and troubleshooting exceptions with the Reporting team
Perform sandbox testing and validate NetSuite's release upgrades against existing customizations and integrations before anything touches production.
Maintain user access lists and perform basic access reviews to support audit, SOX, and compliance needs.
Create and maintain clear documentation, quick-reference guides, and training materials — you take pride in writing something a new teammate could actually follow without asking you a follow-up question.
Partner with senior systems analysts/architects to implement approved process changes and provide hands-on support during testing and hypercare for larger rollouts, without owning roadmap prioritization.
2-4 years of hands-on administration experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Expensify (or similar ERP/CRM/expense platforms) — OR strong ERP/CRM administration fundamentals elsewhere plus genuine enthusiasm for going deep on NetSuite specifically. We'd rather hire for curiosity and a learning mindset than a perfect checklist of prior tools.
Familiarity with (or eagerness to quickly learn) NetSuite's configuration layer: saved searches, SuiteFlow, roles/permissions, custom fields and records, and at least reading-level comfort with SuiteScript.
Working knowledge of basic system integrations (API/SFTP, or iPaaS tools like Celigo/Workato/Boomi) and comfort troubleshooting data sync issues.
Real attention to detail — the kind that notices a saved search is returning one extra row before it becomes a finance reporting problem.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort building reports and saved searches.
Clear communicator who can support non-technical end users and explain system issues in plain language.
Familiarity with basic finance/accounting workflows (AP, expense management, order-to-cash) is a plus but not required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience; NetSuite/Salesforce admin certifications (e.g. NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus and a good signal of the self-directed learning this role rewards.
Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year.
Company-wide week off a year – the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!)
No meeting Fridays

Generous paid vacation + time off for your birthday

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Massachusetts-based role is $85,000-$100,000.
We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
