ACI is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced Financial Systems Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for performing various budget functions involving the formulation, justification, and/or execution of budgets for organizations, programs, or projects.  Additionally, you will:
  • Design, configure, and implement financial systems that meet business requirements and comply with regulations.
  • Ensure that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date within systems of record.
  • Develop financial reports and dashboards that provide insights to senior management.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and requirements needed for system design and maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of financial systems and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications:
  • Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • High school diploma and 10 years of relevant experience, or
  • Associates degree and seven years of relevant experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or
  • Masters's degree in a related field and no experience
  • Must have a working knowledge in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of budgeting.
  • Must be proficient in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Must be proficient in Logistics Modernization Programs (LMP)
  • Must be proficient in Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) and Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR). 
  • Must have experience in working reimbursable MIPRs, sales orders, and Functional Support Agreements (FSAs).

  • CPA Certification

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Skills Required
