The practice focuses on helping individuals and families strengthen financial protection, manage cash flow, and prepare for retirement. Previous financial services experience is not required.

Position Overview

This opportunity is designed for professionals interested in starting or transitioning into financial services. Through a structured training program, you will learn financial planning principles, client acquisition methods, and how to develop recommendations based on each client’s needs.

You will work with an experienced mentor as you build client relationships and develop your practice. Success in this role requires proactive prospecting, networking, consistent follow-through, and a commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the structured training program and obtain the licenses and registrations required for the role.

  • Develop prospective client relationships through referrals, professional organizations, community connections, and personal networks.

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ financial goals, protection needs, concerns, and cash flow.

  • Help clients evaluate life insurance, disability income protection, and retirement planning solutions within the scope of your licenses and registrations.

  • Maintain accurate client records and follow applicable regulatory requirements and practice procedures.

  • Provide ongoing client service and participate in continuing education and professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

  • Professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, and a commitment to ethical client service.

  • Self-motivation and organizational skills to manage a remote schedule and meet training and business development expectations.

  • Willingness to actively prospect, network, and develop new client relationships.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the licenses and registrations required for the role.

  • Ability to satisfy applicable licensing, registration, and background screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, teaching, operations, management, or another field involving relationship development.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Compensation and Professional Development

This W-2 position offers performance-based compensation through commissions and eligible renewal compensation, with uncapped earning potential.

Estimated annual earnings are $50,000–$120,000. This range represents potential earnings, not a guaranteed salary or minimum income. Actual earnings depend on production and the applicable compensation agreement.

Training and professional support include:

  • Sponsored licensing and training for required Life and Health licenses and applicable securities registrations.

  • Structured instruction, practical training, and ongoing mentorship.

  • Access to startup financing programs and transition allowances, subject to eligibility and program terms.

  • Back-office administrative support and local marketing assistance.

  • Continuing education and professional development opportunities.
