As a Financial Representative, you’ll help individuals and families improve their financial well-being while building your own book of business—with structured support, provided leads, and income stability as you get started.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities)
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions
  • Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
  • Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals

Compensation Structure

  • Activity-Based Stipend: Earn consistent income based on key activities
  • Performance Bonuses: Additional earnings tied to production milestones
  • Commission Potential: Unlimited income based on client solutions implemented
  • Long-Term Residual Income: Build a sustainable income stream over time through renewals

Training & Support

  • Comprehensive onboarding program (no prior experience required)
  • Ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals
  • Access to proven scripts, systems, and marketing tools
  • Licensing support (where applicable)
  • Weekly coaching and development sessions
  • Earn required licensing (Life, SIE, Series 7 and Series 66)
