Financial Analyst:
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Location: Delijorgji Complex.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations, preferably within international or multi-entity organizations. This role is focused on financial performance analysis, reporting accuracy, data validation, and business insights that support strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across multiple entities.
- Perform detailed financial reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and key business performance indicators.
- Monitor and reconcile partner payment reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Reconcile bank accounts, card transactions, and operational financial data.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Monitor intercompany balances and ensure consistency across multiple entities.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improving financial performance.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve reporting processes and internal controls.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and business decision making initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or reconciliation roles.
- Experience working with international companies or multi entity organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L analysis, and cash flow reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced international environment.
