Job DescriptionIntroduction
We are seeking a Financial Reporting Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the global financial reporting platform. This role focuses on delivering high-quality investor reporting, driving platform scalability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and client experience.
What you’ll do
- You’ll define and deliver the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the financial reporting platform, balancing client needs, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
- You’ll lead platform implementation, enhancements, and process improvements to improve reporting quality, scalability, and performance.
- You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to translate business requirements into technology-driven solutions.
- You’ll drive data-led decision-making, introduce metrics, and optimize financial reporting processes including NAV and investor reporting.
- You’ll lead and develop teams while ensuring strong governance, controls, audit readiness, and adoption of AI and automation within the platform.

About you
You have 10+ years of relevant experience in fund administration, with a strong operational background and expertise in OneStream or similar enterprise reporting platforms such as Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP BFC, or Tagetik.
You possess strong client-facing skills and operational discipline, with a thorough understanding of the investor lifecycle (subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls) and fund reporting requirements across different fund types and domiciles.
You are comfortable bridging operations and technology, with proven experience owning or co-owning complex enterprise-grade platforms, enhancing client experiences through technology, and leveraging AI-enabled reporting, automation, and enterprise reporting solutions.
You excel in organisation, prioritisation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence change, collaborate effectively across cross-functional and globally distributed teams, and take a creative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
You have experience defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, prioritising competing stakeholder demands, and supporting platform migrations, core system implementations, workflow orchestration platforms, and preferably Investran.
