INTECH Automation & Intelligence is seeking a Financial Reporting & Audit Lead to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence across global operations. INTECH’s commitment to financial excellence ensures you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with IFRS standards, supporting complex group reporting structures, and strengthening financial governance across multiple regions.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver:
- Prepare separate and consolidated financial statements for statutory reporting and Group Auditors in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Manage financial reporting activities for a complex US-based group structure operating across multiple regions.
- Support the preparation of transfer pricing schedules and workings in line with OECD guidelines.
- Assist in the understanding and application of inter-company transactions and related accounting treatments.
- Handle monthly and quarterly VAT/Sales Tax returns for Middle East, Africa, Pakistan, and US regions, including reconciliations with General Ledgers.
- Maintain and manage the fixed assets register within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Apply IFRS-15 principles for revenue recognition and measurement within a project-based service organization.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and Group Auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Assist in tax workings, reconciliations, withholding taxes, and annual income tax return preparation for statutory entities and the Parent Company in the USA.
- Support the preparation and application of year-end provisions and financial adjustments.
- Apply accounting treatments related to financial instruments, monetary assets, year-end remeasurements, and expected credit loss models.
- Maintain and enhance hands-on expertise in Microsoft Office applications and ERP modules.
- Support ad hoc accounting and financial reporting projects as required.
- Continuously develop technical accounting expertise and professional capabilities.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- CA Finalist with completed articles from a recognized audit firm and 2–3 years of post-articles experience in the Accounts & Finance department of a large organization.
- Fresh CA Finalist with completed articles from a recognized audit firm can also be considered.
- In-depth understanding and practical application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IASs).
- Understanding of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
- Strong ability to prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS/IAS requirements.
- Excellent data handling, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and business understanding.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience coordinating and dealing with external auditors.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High level of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
