About the job
- Map out existing manual processes (client onboarding, compliance reporting, recurring tasks) and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and implement workflow automations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams).
- Replace paper-based and manual steps with digital solutions (e.g., e-signatures, automated forms, smart reminders).
- Evaluate, recommend, and introduce supporting tools — for example, automated call transcription and analysis (e.g., Granola or similar) — and roll them out in daily operations.
- Document new processes and enable the small team to operate them independently.
- Streamline recurring compliance and reporting tasks to reduce manual effort and ensure consistency.
