Responsibilities:Reporting to the CFO, this professional will be responsible for:
- Supporting the budgeting process and periodic reviews (forecast);
- Analyzing financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and P&L;
- Managing the monthly management and accounting close process;
- Monitoring actual results versus budget and forecast;
- Developing management reports to support business decision-making;
- Preparing monthly financial performance presentations;
- Consolidating international financial statements;
- Managing and supporting the annual audit process.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets;
- Strong knowledge of financial mathematics;
- Highly organized profile, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines;
- Strong communication skills, able to interact with different stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- High sense of ownership and accountability;
- Fluent English;
- Previous experience in audit is considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Controllership, Management Control, or Financial Planning.
