  • Support the wider Financial Operations team by flexing across processes as needed, ensuring service continuity and a joined-up approach.

  • Manage escalations and non-standard queries from the business, partners or suppliers, working cross-functionally as needed to ensure timely resolution.

  • Demonstrate relevant systems knowledge to support accurate & timely processing, reporting and reconciliation.

  • Contribute to a robust month-end close by completing assigned tasks to agreed timelines, ensuring integrity of financial records.

  • Perform key reconciliations within your area, including bank accounts, partner statements, and supplier statements, investigating and resolving variances.

  • Maintain accurate and organised financial records for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the function to support implementation of more efficient, scalable processes.

  • Proactively identify training needs, share best practices, and support the business in understanding and confidently using the systems in line with expected processes and controls.

What we’d like to see from you:

• Collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.

• Confident user of finance systems such as Workday, Concur, and online banking platforms.

• Strong communicator with effective stakeholder management.

• Knowledge and understanding of financial control processes.
