Financial Management Analyst

Location: Quantico, Virginia

Position Summary: Supports financial execution, budget tracking, funds management, reporting, and financial analysis activities supporting PM MAGTF C2 programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
  • Prepare execution reports and funding analyses.
  • Support spend plan development and maintenance.
  • Process Funding Action Requests (FARs).
  • Maintain financial databases and records.
  • Support audits, RFIs, and financial reconciliations.
  • Develop budget status reports and briefing materials.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of financial management experience.
  • Experience supporting Government financial operations preferred.
  • Experience with DAI or equivalent financial systems preferred.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support may occur for this position.
