As a GE Appliances Financial Development Program Intern, you won’t just be observing—you’ll be driving impact. - Shape your future: Interview for a spot in the 2027 class of the GE Appliances Finance Development Program—a prestigious 3-year rotational program where you’ll explore multiple areas of the business, pursue your MBA, and fast-track your career.
What will you need?
The ideal candidate for this position has the following Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Independent Task Management: Demonstrates the capability to autonomously set objectives and prioritize tasks effectively to align with project or assignment goals.
- Problem Solving Proficiency: Exhibits adeptness in resolving challenging problems that may not be highly complex, utilizing analytical skills and practical knowledge of the assignment area.
- Influential Communication: Possesses the ability to influence others within the assignment area through clear and concise communication of facts, policies, and practices, fostering cooperation and alignment towards shared objectives.
- Professional Productivity: Maintains a consistent track record of productivity and contribution, capable of delivering results while working independently under moderate supervision.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development, actively seeking opportunities to expand skills and knowledge relevant to the assignment.
Educational and Experiential Background:
- Must be full-time rising Senior (December 2026 or May 2027 graduation date) currently enrolled in 4 year-college or university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
- Must hold and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 out of 4.0 overall grade point average.
- Prior internship experience preferred.
Notes:
- This is a full-time Internship, beginning in May ending in August.
- Internship is carried out at GE Appliances Park, located in Louisville, KY.
