Financial Crime Compliance Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Suspicious Transaction Reporting: Assist in identifying and reporting suspicious financial transactions to PPATK (Indonesian Financial Intelligence Unit) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Administrative Support: Maintain proper filing, log books, and documentation for compliance-related tasks.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Conduct monthly screenings of Bank Indonesia (BI) and PPATK regulations to assess potential impacts on DANA’s business operations.
• Daily & Ad Hoc Reporting: Prepare daily reports and support gap analysis, meeting minutes (MoM), and other compliance-related tasks as needed.
• Transaction Delay Documentation: Draft and submit daily Berita Acara Penundaan Transaksi (Transaction Delay Reports) within 24 hours as required by regulations.
• Data Analysis & Compliance Metrics: Understand and analyze compliance-related metrics to ensure adherence to internal and external policies.

Requirements:

• Third Year, Final-year student, or Fresh Graduate (must be able to commit to a 6-month internship).
• Preferred academic background: Legal, Management, Business Administration, or Criminology, but other fields are welcome.
• No prior work experience required, but organizational experience is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow compliance procedures.
