Join our dynamic team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS as a Financial Controller and play a crucial role in supporting the financial and operational controlling activities of the Group internationally. Working along with a team, you will provide valuable support and monitoring in the preparation of financial statements of international companies that adhere to regulatory and accounting guidelines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company’s accounting and financial processes meet established standards, promoting accurate financial reporting and effective control. Key Responsibilities
- Review monthly bookkeeping activities and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data, including general ledger, trial balance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review accounting transactions, journal entries, and intercompany balances.
- Liaise with external auditors and support statutory audit processes.
- Monitor and support ERP system operations and accounting controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and closing procedures.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
