Responsibilities
- Ensure robust internal controls and standardized accounting processes for the assigned entity, safeguarding compliance with Group requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Supervisor to streamline processes during local and group audits.
- Oversee timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal reviews, reconciliations and intercompany alignment, ensuring high-quality data submission for group consolidation.
- Oversee final financial consolidation and ensure accurate conversion into IFRS standards.
- Develop and manage financial reporting using Excel and Power BI (PBI) to ensure accurate, efficient, and insightful data visualization.
- Lead and continuously improve financial variance analyses across multiple segmentation levels to enhance decision-making insights for entities across the globe.
- Coordinate the annual budget planning process and quarterly forecasting in collaboration with our other Controller.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems (including ERP and reporting tools) to enhance automation, reporting quality, financial efficiency, and scalability.
- Contribute to the ongoing digitalization and automation of finance operations, with the potential to grow into an admin/ownership role for financial systems and tools.
- Take full ownership of accounting processes for one small legal entity, ensuring compliance and timely, accurate reporting.
- Maintain integrity and strong attention to detail, with the confidence to challenge constructively while reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Nice to haves
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite
- Knowledge of PBI (Front End and/or Back End)
