Act as a trusted strategic business partner to the Country General Manager and Leadership Team to drive profitable growth and achievement of business objectives. Who You Are
- Comfortable working in a lean organization and actively engaging in day-to-day finance operations when required.
- Minimum 10-15 years of finance leadership experience with strong exposure to both Financial Controlling and Commercial Finance/Business Partnering.
- Solid knowledge of Taiwan statutory accounting, taxation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance requirements. Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, controls, compliance, forecasting, and performance management.
- Proven experience supporting commercial decision-making through pricing, profitability, trade investment, and business case analysis.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience leading teams and influencing senior business stakeholders in a multinational environment.
- Proven experience driving finance transformation, shared-service operating models, automation, and simplification initiatives across multinational organizations.
- Strong digital mindset with practical experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred), business intelligence tools, automation, and data-driven decision making.
