We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Controller (M/F/D) to support our growth.
Your primary focus will be on:
∙ Coordinate the activity of the accounting departments in all European markets
∙ Prepare management reports
∙ Supervise compliance with group accounting policies in all European markets
∙ Coordinate tax and/or financial accounting audits
∙ Analyze financial and operational data
∙ Perform cash flow and liquidity analysis
∙ Analyze the capital structure of the company
∙ Analyze financial statements
∙ Analyze trade receivables and payables and implement optimization activities
∙ Communicate and work with financing institutions
∙ Optimize financial and accounting processes
∙ Prepare company financial status reports, liquidity reports, and KPIs
∙ Create, evaluate, and operate different business models to support strategic decision‑making and company growth
Job requirements:
∙ Higher education
∙ Proficiency in English
∙ Very good understanding of international accounting standards and analysis of accounting, operational, and financial information
∙ Very high level of mastery of Excel and structuring of financial, operational, and accounting models
∙ High level of understanding of various financial modeling and risk assessment techniques
∙ Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar
∙ Experience in developing and operating various business models
∙ CFA and/or ACCA accreditation would be considered an advantage

What We Do
Eldrive is a leading charging stations operator with one of the largest EV charging networks in the SEE region. Eldrive has a total of over 1500 charging points in Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania and provides solutions to EV drivers, electrified corporate fleets, as well as location owners. Eldrive is developing a public charging stations network in main cities, highways, and country roads in Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania. The company started operations in Bulgaria in 2015 and is the leading charging stations operator in the country with the largest public network and full national coverage. Our smart platform connects and manages all key players in the electric vehicle ecosystem and provides services for the entire value chain. As of today, Eldrive operates more than 1500 charging points on three EU markets and over 850 of them are fast chargers. In 2022 Eldrive started to develop fast and superfast charging hubs in all makrets. The hubs allow the simultaneous charging of multiple vehicles at one location - from 8 to over 24 connectors. In 2024 Eldrive announced a new concept for own highway charging parks, where the charging infrastructure will be in the center of the ecosystem. The first such charging park is currently under construction in Lithuania. In June 2024 the company announced that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will take an equity investment in Eldrive Holding GmbH, making Eldrive the first CPO to receive such an investment from the Bank.
