Join JPMorgan Chase as a Financial Controller Associate in the Israel Finance Legal Entity Controllers Group, reporting to the Vice President Legal Entity Controller. As part of the Finance & Business Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and validity of financial statements, maintaining a strong control environment, and supporting regulatory and statutory reporting. As a Financial Controller Associate at JPMorgan Chase in the Israel Finance Legal Entity Controllers Group, you will prepare and deliver financial information for all Israel-based legal entities. You will ensure compliance with local tax requirements, participate in audits, and act as a point of contact for regulatory and head office queries. You will work closely with other support functions, both locally and abroad, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Your role will involve preparing management information, board packs, revenue analysis, and legal entity forecasts. Job responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly, and annual financial statutory and corporate reporting
- Perform variance analysis of the corporate balance sheet and profit and loss statements
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of monthly financial statements
- Manage local tax reporting and filing in accordance with legal requirements
- Prepare income tax documentation and liaise with local auditors
- Conduct monthly inter-entity reporting of all investments
- Serve as the point of contact for regulatory and head office queries
- Address ad hoc queries and projects related to data quality and process improvements
- Prepare financial management information, including dashboards, board packs, revenue analysis, and legal entity forecasts and plans
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with tax transfer pricing policies
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Israel CPA accountancy qualification
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Corporate tax and VAT expertise
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Control focus and mindset with the ability to identify and address risks
- Attention to detail while maintaining awareness of materiality levels
