Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing real estate development projects
• Support investment analysis, project feasibility studies, and scenario modeling
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and materials for investors and senior management
• Participate in discussions with investors and external partners as required
• Support management in financial decision-making related to development activities
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following environments:
• Local real estate development company
• Experience at consulting firms is an advantage
Languages
• Russian – mandatory (fluent)
• English – fluent (spoken and written)
Skills & Competencies
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with real estate development economics is highly preferred
• High attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
